BIOFACH is recognized as the largest and most important international trade show in the category of organic and natural products. Nearly 3 000 exhibitors participate to this trade show to showcase their latest products to over 51 000 visitors from 144 different countries (2019 data). BIOFACH, the world’s leading trade fair for organic food, is the showcase of the best organic products in the world. All exhibitors must submit their organic certification to exhibit.

 

As the majority (73%) of global consumers say they would definitely or probably change their consumption habits to reduce their impact on the environment, organic products secure an increasing added value. In fact, almost half (41%) of consumers from around the world say that they’re highly willing to pay more for products that contain all-natural or organic ingredients (Nielsen, 2019).

Financial assistance for exhibitors

 
  • 50% reimbursement of one economy class airfare (1 per exhibiting company, for a maximum eligible amount of $1 000) ;
  • 50% reimbursement of one per diem of 425$ (1 per exhibiting company, for a maximum of 5 days) ;
  • 75% rebate on extra furnishings for your booth and samples shipping (when consolidating with Group Export), up to a maximum of $6,000 of admissible expenses ;
  • On-site coordination of the event and presence of an Agri-Food Export Group representative during the entire event ;

Financial assistance for visitors

  • Reimbursement of one lump sum of $1,550 per company. To benefit from the lump sum, the company must provide a proof of travel and accommodation (if there is no accommodation, the lump sum cannot be granted);
    • You will be entitled to an extra $500 if your company is located in one of the following regions:  Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Côte-Nord, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Nord-du-Québec;
