The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) Show is the largest trade show for the dairy, deli & bakery sectors. Organized by the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association, this annual trade show was held last year in Orlando, FL, and will move this year to Indianapolis, IN.

Last edition counted almost 10,000 attendees and 900 exhibitors from 47 countries, among them buyers from major grocery chains, representing over 24,000 stores, with annual sales of 619 billion US dollars.

 

THE INTERNATIONAL DAIRY DELI BAKERY MEMBERSHIP IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO EXHIBIT IN THIS SHOW.

 

Our members who wish to exhibit can choose between two options:

■ Turnkey booths. Each 100 sqf includes:

  • One big counter 60’’ wide x 19’’ deep
  • 2 stools
  • Carpet
  • 1 trash can
  • 2 shelves on the back panel enclosed in a wall unit with a small storage compartment below
  • 2 arm lights
  • 2 exhibitor badges
  • Consolidation and shipping of samples and exhibition material coordinated by the Agri-Food Export Group, at a preferential rate;
  • On site coordination and presence of a Group Export representative.

■ 800 sqf island individual booth including:

  • Empty space covered with a carpet and padding
  • 16 exhibitor badges
  • Consolidation and shipping of samples and exhibition material coordinated by the Agri-Food Export Group, at a preferential rate;
  • On site coordination and presence of a Group Export representative.

Financial assistance for exhibitors

  • 50% reimbursement of one economy class airfare (1 per exhibiting company, for a maximum eligible amount of $700 );
  • 50% reimbursement of one per diem of 425$ (1 per exhibiting company, for a maximum of 4 days);
  • 75% rebate on extra furnishings for your booth and samples shipping (when consolidating with Group Export), up to a maximum of $6,000 of admissible expenses ;

Financial assistance for visitors

  • Reimbursement of one lump sum of $850 per company. To benefit from the lump sum, the company must provide a proof of travel and accommodation (if there is no accommodation, the lump sum cannot be granted)
    • You will be entitled to an extra $500 if your company is located in one of the following regions:  Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Côte-Nord, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Nord-du-Québec;
