  • The H.S. Codes (Harmonized System)

  • The  CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement) and the agri-food sector
  • The changes than occured with this new agreement
  • The « Tarif Rate Quotas » and their influence on customs duty rate of the CUSMA
  • Are we aloud to issue an origin certificate?
  • The importance of receipes and H.S. Codes
  • The origin certificate (zone by zone)
  • The rules of origin and the evaluation of your exported goods
