Founded in 1968 in Sainte-Thérèse-de-Gaspé, Lelièvre, Lelièvre et Lemoignan ltée (LLL) is a family-owned seafood processing company located on the Gaspé Peninsula. Formerly dedicated mainly to the processing of salted and dried cod, it now processes, in-house or in partnership, a wide range of fish and seafood products, and stands out for its range of frozen lobster products launched in 2013 under the Cordier brand. Thanks to close collaboration with various world-class partners, LLL currently serves the North American, European and Asian markets. The company is also a member of the consortium Gaspé Cured and Poissons-Fruits de mer Gaspésie Inc. Its mission is to source directly from the source in order to offer products of impeccable quality.
