An improved process to better serve our members<\/em> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As part of its ongoing efforts to improve its services, Groupe Export agroalimentaire is implementing a new CRM system to streamline and automate certain administrative processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting November 2, 2026, our invoicing emails will feature a new look and will be sent automatically.<\/strong> This change will apply to invoices for new memberships, membership renewals, and participation in our business activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This change aims to simplify invoice management while maintaining the payment methods you are already familiar with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT WILL GROUPE EXPORT’S EMAILS AND INVOICES LOOK LIKE GOING FORWARD?<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A new look, with the same great service!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our invoicing email will feature a new design and include a link allowing you to pay directly by credit card, for the membership renewal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our usual payment methods will also remain available, including bank transfers, electronic funds transfers (EFT), and payments by cheque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invoices that are easy to access and download<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your invoices will be attached to the emails and can easily be downloaded for your accounting records. They will continue to include all the information needed to process your payments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2027 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Starting November 2, 2026, Groupe Export will begin sending membership renewal invoices for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2027.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members will receive their invoices by email. Each invoice will be sent to both the person responsible for accounts payable and the organization’s primary contact (a member of management or an account manager). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
