Le Petit Mas is a farm specializing in the cultivation of organic garlic and the processing of garlic flowers and garlic. With 55 acres under garlic cultivation, Le Petit Mas is a leader in organic garlic production in Canada. Le Petit Mas has developed a lacto-fermentation process for garlic flowers that is unique in Quebec (and the world!). Substantial market development efforts have enabled oil-fermented garlic flowers to carve out a place for themselves in over 800 points of sale across Quebec. Garlic flowers are available in over 100 outlets in Ontario, New Brunswick and Western Canada. Garlic flowers are also widely recognized and used in Quebec's HRI network. Renowned chefs such as Danny Saint-Pierre, Kévin Bélisle, Jérome Ferrer and all La Piazzetta restaurants use garlic flowers in their cooking.
