Choosing a product name is a critical step when preparing to launch a food product. Additionally, there are several options available when creating your ingredient list. This session will help you better understand the available possibilities and how to ensure your labelling is fully compliant with Canadian regulations.

We recommend taking this module in conjunction with the three other sessions included in the Basic Training Package.. The introduction to the regulations, the requirements for the Nutrition Facts table, and the nutrition symbol will not be covered in this module.
