We are a restaurant established in 1988 and won the award for best casse-croûte in Québec in 2022. We were also named the best in Laval for 2023-2024. With the help and support of a contract with ID Foods Canada, we began selling our poutine powder in supermarkets. In just 6 months, we succeeded in getting our product into all Métro stores in Québec, several IGA locations, Amazon CA, and many others. We are now present in multiple supermarkets in Ontario and 11 stores on Vancouver Island. We also had a booth at NGA in Las Vegas, where the event was very well received. With a little help, I’m sure we could reintroduce Québec-style poutine to the entire world.
