Papa Ours Foods is a young artisanal Quebec-based company specializing in the creation of premium BBQ sauces, hot sauces, and condiments, carefully crafted from local ingredients. Driven by a genuine passion for bold, well-balanced flavors, the company showcases the region’s terroir by transforming high-quality ingredients into unique gourmet products. Every Papa Ours recipe is designed to offer a rich, intense, and memorable taste experience. Whether it’s smoky and refined BBQ sauces, bold yet balanced hot sauces, or condiments inspired by local culinary traditions, the mission remains the same: to delight your taste buds. Currently, we produce approximately 20 BBQ sauces, 25 hot sauces, 14 condiments, and 8 different spices. We also produce several products in collaboration with other food producers. The vast majority of our products come in 150 ml and 350 ml sizes. Production volume: Currently projected at approximately 120,000 bottles for the year 2026
