Founded in 1995, Les Produits Tapp is a Quebec family business specializing in the production and processing of organic lacto-fermented vegetables. Our specialty: organic sauerkraut and kimchi. This sauerkraut is a lacto-fermented product, meaning that fermentation occurs naturally without pasteurization. Les Produits Tapp sauerkraut is made from certified organic cabbage, carefully grown on the Gaspé Peninsula and elsewhere in Quebec.
