Pêcheries Shipek is a commercial fishing company owned by two North Shore communities Innues, Ekuanitshit and Pakua Shipu. In addition to operating commercial fishing licenses for snow crab, lobster, halibut and groundfish, whelk and scallop with its fleet of over a dozen fishing boats, Pêcheries Shipek is actively involved in marine conservation initiatives in the region.
