With over twenty years of experience at NIQ, Francis has deep expertise in navigating the impacts, challenges, and opportunities of a constantly evolving market and changing consumer trends. In his role, Francis leads a national team that supports start-ups, emerging suppliers, established manufacturers, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations seeking market and consumer insights. By working closely with his team, Francis’s primary goal is to build partnerships in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, ensuring that NIQ’s initiatives in Canada remain aligned with client needs and market dynamics.
