*This webinar will be conducted in French.

This first module is designed to deepen your knowledge of the general labelling requirements for products under the FDA jurisdiction.

*We recommend that you take this module in addition to the other 2 modules offered in the basic training package. Common name requirements, ingredient lists and the Nutrition Facts table will not be covered in this module.

OBJECTIVES : At the end of this training course, participants will be able to identify the various players involved in the regulations and the basic mandatory elements for food labelling in the USA.
