The Quebec Food Transformation Council (CTAQ) is a consolidation of the strengths of the food industry and brings together 80% of the annual business volume of a $24 billion industry. The CTAQ's mission is to ensure the representation, promotion and defense of the interests of its members among stakeholders and to support them in achieving their full potential to ensure the sustainability of the food industry in Quebec.
