According to a study presented by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada on the Foodservice Sector in Canada, “Consumer spending is forecast to increase at a CAGR of 6.6% between 2022 and 2027. Among which chained consumer foodservice will grow 6.5% and independent consumer foodservice will grow 6.7% between 2022 and 2027.”
