From exporting maple flavors to developing liqueurs and creating a French subsidiary, Gaetan Lefebvre has accomplished a great deal since the mid-'85s. Thanks to a solid partnership with wine merchant Gaël Mordac, the family maple grove continues to expand in Quebec with the creation of Distillerie L&M.
