A private family holding company owns Aliments Ouimet - Cordon Bleu. Producer of canned products under the Cordon Bleu, Esta, Clark and Paris Pâté brands. Furthermore, several private label products are made in the Anjou plant, for important Canadian and U.S. food chains. The standards of quality established in part thanks to the HACCP and SQF programs, enable Cordon Bleu to export products to the United States.
