Creating a Nutrition Facts table can be a complex task, as many factors need to be taken into consideration when creating one. We’d like to take you through the basics of creating Nutrition Facts tables for retail food and beverage products under the federal FDA regulations.

Denitsa Dimova holds a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from McGill University. She has more than 9 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the agri-food sector and specializes in the regulation and labelling of Canadian and American products. She has been part of Group Export’s Labelling and Regulatory Advisory Team for more than 2 years.
