Sweets & Snacks Expo 2025

Over the years, the Sweets & Snacks Expo (SSE) has become the largest confectionery and snack industry show in North America. It is the perfect place to showcase new products, new ideas and business solutions. This event is a must for manufacturers of chocolates, candies, chewing gums, nuts, cookies, crackers, packaged cakes, popcorn, granola and nutrition bars, ice cream, as well as breakfast, savoury, fruit and meat snacks.

With nearly 16,000 visitors and over 700 exhibitors at its last edition, the SSE is a three-day event that brings together manufacturers, retailers and distributors to facilitate business opportunities.

According to a Sector Trend Analysis – Confectionery trends in the United States presented by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, ”The United States was the largest export market for Canadian confectionery with a market share of 97.1% valued at US$2.5 billion, followed by Mexico (1.2%) valued at US$30.1 million, and Australia (1.0%) valued at US$7.5 million in 2022.”
