Using Old World craftmanship in a new state-of-the-art facility, MiGiGi Foods operates the making and baking of European-style pizza dough. Starting with premium ingredients, our dough is fermented to develop the flavour and texture. Following we hand stretch the dough and then bake all of our products on real granite stone. Team excels in all stages of manufacturing including research & development, process control, engineering, food safety, and quality control and assurance. The team's experience combined with our technology and new facility allow us to produce diverse bakery products at an impressive speed.
